Private training is our most personalised form of training designed to achieve your fitness goals as well as optimal health and wellbeing. Each lesson is custom tailored to your individual needs, based on your fitness level, objectives, time scales and desired results. Whether you are looking to learn ballet techniques or to improve your posture, core strength, flexibility, body shape and weight loss; or recovering from injury and would like to improve/rebuild your body fitness as well as mobility.
All private classes are arranged separately, at a convenient time for you.
